I recently changed to Sodasmith as my go-to tonic after trying it in a Garden Street gin box. Has a really clean taste and allows the gin to shine.

The tonic water is perfect with the Japanese Gin purchased recently on holiday. Great combination with Tasmanian Tonic water.
